　 ■ アホウドリの受難・・・ 今から24年前、1989年３月19日 の朝日新聞 ”天声人語”に書かれていた ”アホウドリの受難” という記事を読んだことがあり、近年も未だ解決されていないのに驚くとともに怒りを感じますね・・・。”天声人語”でのアホウドリは南の鳥島や尖閣諸島などに多数繁殖していたようですが、1886〜1902年の間に羽毛採取のため20万羽以上が撲殺され一時は絶滅の危機にあったそうです。 現在は、1960年に国際保護鳥になり、1962年に日本の天然記念物、ワシントン条約適用種に。 今回ドイツから送られて来た動画映像は、ハワイ諸島からも約2,000ｋｍ離れ、日本からも遠く離れた北太平洋の ミッドウエイ島 、3.11の東北大震災・津波で漂流した ”プラスチック・ゴミ”をアホウドリが口にしたのか？ それとも 太平洋沿岸諸国から流されたプラスチック・ゴミか？ 客船や貨物船から捨てられたプラスチック・ゴミか？ 人類が使った ”プラスチック・ゴミ”であることは間違いありませんね・・・ 伯爵 朝日新聞、1989/03/19 付け ”天声人語” をコピー・・・ この日の ”天声人語”が書かれてから24年経た今も、鳥島での状況と同じことが ミッドウエイ島で繰り返されているのには、驚きですね・・・
