ヨガ体操して、荏柄天神社の左義長神事と 餅つきへ

小町踏切前の、ソンべカフェでの 早朝ヨガ体操で汗して・・・


玄米での 健康おにぎり朝食を戴いて・・・


自転車で一旦家に帰り、飾り終えた 門松や昨年のお守りを持って荏柄天神社での ”左義長神事”へ・・・
